response from property -Thank you for your review, we are so happy you are here.
submitted by Jacob B. - |Recommended: YesOverall good, poor craftsmanship — Love the apartment except these were the issues upon moving in terribly painted, drops of paint on the floor all over the apartment, hinges missing screws, kitchen sink leaks, and hot cold are switched, ceiling fan horribly off-balance, bedroom door in bad shape, the thermostat has no idea what's going on, and the screen door needs about a gallon of WD-40. Overall for my first apartment, these are just minor inconveniences, but as someone who has worked construction, whoever worked on my apartment should be ashamed of themselves, and whoever paid them needs to hire someone that actually cares about their job. Also, this may just be me, but I'd much rather have drawers in my kitchen than a dishwasher.
response from property -Hello Jacob, I want to thank you for this review. Reviews like this really help us know what we are doing right and what areas we need help in. I have submitted work orders for the issues you had on move in day. We appreciate you and are very happy that you decided to make UV Denton your new home. Please let us know if we can do anything further to improve your home here at University View Denton.
submitted by Amber B. - |Recommended: NoThe property is lacking — The older buildings need to be updated structurally and cosmetically.
submitted by Kelly G. - |Recommended: YesPretty good could be more move in ready — I am having some problems fixed here soon but my unit was not 100 ready when I moved in. The office has been very good with communication and fixing my problems and I applaud that. Number one perk for me was the washer and dryer in unit.
